Data Deletion Instructions

At SLIUET, you are always in control of your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the information we hold about you, including any data received when you sign in or connect with us through Facebook or Instagram.

What Can Be Deleted

• Your SLIUET account and profile details (name, email, phone number)
• Saved delivery addresses, preferences and wishlist
• Any data received from Facebook or Instagram login (such as your name, email and profile picture)
• Marketing and newsletter subscriptions

How to Request Deletion

1. Email us at support@sliuet.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the name, email address or phone number linked to your SLIUET account or Facebook login.
3. We will verify your request and confirm by email once your data has been deleted.

Removing SLIUET from Facebook

You can also remove SLIUET's access to your Facebook data at any time:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Select Apps and Websites.
3. Find SLIUET and click Remove.

After removing the app, email us as described above if you would also like us to delete any data already stored on SLIUET systems.

Timeframe

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Order and invoice records that we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes may be retained for the required period, after which they are permanently deleted.
